Fragile States is a data-driven sculptural installation translating the conditions of unhoused youth across the U.S. into a series of parametric forms.
Each dome-like container corresponds to one state, translating statistical data into physical structure. Open to interpretation as architecture, vessel, or terrain, each form stands as a fragile entity—together colliding into a contemplative map of a nation’s fragile infrastructures of shelter and support.
